أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، أَنَّ عَلِيًّا قَالَ:
هُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا لَمْ يُخْرِجْهَا مِنْ مِصْرِهَا
Translation

machine translationʿAbd al-Razzāq informed us, he said: Ibn ʿUyaynah informed us, from Muṭarrif, from al-Shaʿbī, that ʿAlī said:
✧ He has more right to her as long as he does not take her out of her land.
