✧ A Christian woman under a Christian man who becomes Muslim before he has intercourse with her

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ مِثْلَهُ. قَالَ الثَّوْرِيُّ: وَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ:
لَهَا نِصْفُ الصَّدَاقِ؛ لِأَنَّهَا دَعَتْهُ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ
Translation
✧ She is entitled to half the dowry, because she called him to Islam.
