✧ A Christian woman under a Christian man who becomes Muslim before he has intercourse with her

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ تَكُونُ تَحْتَ النَّصْرَانِيِّ، فَتُسْلِمُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا، قَالَ: " تُفَارِقُهُ، وَلَا صَدَاقَ لَهَا
Translation

✧ Regarding a Christian woman who is under a Christian man and she becomes Muslim before he has consummated the marriage with her, he said: "She separates from him, and she gets no dower."
