أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: قَالَ لِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى:
شَأْنُ الْيَهُودِيَّةِ وَالنَّصْرَانِيَّةِ عِنْدَهُمْ بِالشَّامِ كَشَأْنِ الْحُرَّةِ الْمُسْلِمَةِ فِي الطَّلَاقِ وَالْعِدَّةِ، وَالْقَسْمُ بَيْنَهُمَا وَبَيْنَ الْحُرَّةِ الْمُسْلِمَةِ
Translation
✧ The affair of the Jewish woman and the Christian woman among them in Syria is like the affair of the free Muslim woman in divorce and waiting period, and in apportionment between them and the free Muslim woman.
