أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ:
أَنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ عِدَّتُهَا وَطَلَاقُهَا وَقِسْمَتُهَا كَهَيْئَةِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ
Translation
✧ A woman from the People of the Book, her waiting period, her divorce, and her apportionment are like those of the Muslims.
