✧ The Christians of the Arabs

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ:
لَا تُؤْكَلُ ذَبَائِحُ نَصَارَى الْعَرَبِ، فَإِنَّهُمْ لَا يَتَمَسَّكُونَ مِنَ النَّصْرَانِيَّةِ إِلَّا بِشُرْبِ الْخَمْرِ
Translation
✧ The slaughtered animals of the Christians of the Arabs are not to be eaten, for they do not adhere to Christianity except in drinking wine.
