✧ No hadd punishment upon one who throws at them

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَيَعْقُوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، قَالَا:
زَعَمُوا أَنْ لَا حَدَّ عَلَى مَنْ رَمَاهُمْ إِلَّا أَنْ يُنَكِّلَ السُّلْطَانُ
Translation
✧ They claimed that there is no hadd punishment upon one who throws at them, unless the ruler punishes him.
