أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ:
كَتَبَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ إِلَى عَلِيٍّ يَسْأَلُهُ: عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ زَنَى بِنَصْرَانِيَّةٍ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيْهِ أَنْ أَقِمْ لِلهِ الْحَدَّ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ، وَادْفَعِ النَّصْرَانِيَّةَ إِلَى أَهْلِ دِينِهَا
Translation
✧ Muhammad b. Abi Bakr wrote to Ali asking him about a Muslim who committed zina with a Christian woman. He wrote to him: 'Carry out the hadd for Allah on the Muslim, and hand the Christian woman over to the people of her religion.'
