✧ Expelling the Jews from Medina

أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ:
لَأُخْرِجَنَّ الْيَهُودَ وَالنَّصَارَى مِنْ جَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ حَتَّى لَا أَدَعَ فِيهَا إِلَّا مُسْلِمًا
Translation
✧ I will certainly expel the Jews and Christians from the Arabian Peninsula until I leave none in it but a Muslim.
