أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ:
كَانَتِ الْيَهُودُ وَالنَّصَارَى وَمَنْ سِوَاهُمْ مِنَ الْكُفَّارِ مَنْ جَاءَ الْمَدِينَةَ مِنْهُمْ سَفْرًا لَا يُقَرُّونَ فَوْقَ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ عَلَى عَهْدِ عُمَرَ، فَلَا أَدْرِي أَكَانَ يُفْعَلُ ذَلِكَ بِهِمْ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ أَمْ لَا.
Translation
✧ The Jews, Christians, and other disbelievers, whoever of them came to Medina as travelers, were not allowed to stay more than three days in the time of Umar. I do not know whether that was done to them before that or not.
