10043 9973 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ:
سَمِعْتُ بَجَالَةَ التَّمِيمِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ أَبَا الشَّعْثَاءِ وَعَمْرَو بْنَ أَوْسٍ عِنْدَ صُفَّةِ زَمْزَمَ فِي إِمَارَةِ مُصْعَبِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، ثُمَّ ذَكَرَ مِثْلَ حَدِيثِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ. متن مخفيكُنْتُ كَاتِبًا لِجَزْءِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَمِّ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ فَأَتَى كِتَابُ عُمَرَ قَبْلَ مَوْتِهِ بِسَنَةٍ أَنِ اقْتُلُوا كُلَّ سَاحِرٍ وَفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ كُلِّ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ وَانْهَهُمْ عَنِ الزَّمْزَمَةِ قَالَ فَقَتَلْنَا ثَلَاثَ سَوَاحِرَ قَالَ وَصَنَعَ جَزْءٌ طَعَامًا كَثِيرًا فَدَعَا الْمَجُوسَ فَأَلْقَوْا أَخِلَّةً كَانُوا يَأْكُلُونَ بِهَا قَدْرَ وَقْرِ بَغْلٍ أَوْ بَغْلَيْنِ مِنْ وَرِقٍ وَأَكَلُوا بِغَيْرِ زَمْزَمَةٍ قَالَ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ عُمَرُ أَخَذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ حَتَّى شَهِدَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ سند مخفيأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ بَجَالَةَ التَّمِيمِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ
Translation
✧ I heard Bajalah al-Tamimi narrating to Abu al-Shatha' and Amr b. Aws at the bench of Zamzam during the governorship of Mus'ab b. al-Zubayr. Then he mentioned the like of the hadith of Ibn Jurayj. Hidden text: I was a scribe for Jaz' b. Muawiyah, the paternal uncle of al-Ahnaf b. Qays. A letter came from Umar a year before his death: Kill every sorcerer, separate between every mahram among the Magians, and forbid them from zamzamah. He said: So we killed three female sorcerers. He said: Jaz' prepared much food and invited the Magians. They threw down the skewers they used for eating, a mule-load or two mule-loads of silver, and they ate without zamzamah. He said: Umar had not taken the jizyah from the Magians until Abd al-Rahman b. Awf testified that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took it from the Magians of Hajar.
