كَتَبَ عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِيمَنْ أَسْلَمَ مِنْ رَقِيقِ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ: " أَنْ يُبَاعُوا
Translation

✧ 'Umar b. 'Abd al-'Aziz wrote concerning those of the slaves of the People of the Covenant who embraced Islam: 'They are to be sold.'
