Musnad Salamah ibn al-Akwaʿ (may Allah be pleased with him)
حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ مَسْعَدَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ، أَنَّهُ اسْتَأْذَنَ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فِي الْبَدْوِ فَأَذِنَ لَهُ
Translation
Salamah ibn al-Akwaʿ (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he asked the Prophet (ﷺ) ﷺ for permission to live among the desert-dwelling Bedouin, and he ﷺ granted him permission. Reference: Musnad Aḥmad 279
