حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا طُعْمَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْجَعْفَرِيُّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ بَيَانٍ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ:

" مَنْ بَاعَ الْخَمْرَ فَلْيُشَقِّصِ الْخَنَازِيرَ
