✧ A man came to the Messenger of God ﷺ and asked him about the Night of Decree. He said, 'Which of you remembers the night of al-Sahbawat?' 'Abdullah said, 'I, by God—may my father and mother be my ransom—I remember it. I had in my hand some small dates with which I was having my pre-dawn meal, hiding behind the rear of my saddle from the dawn, and that was when the moon rises.'
