حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَاصِمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ
أَنَّ امْرَأَةً مِنْ فَزَارَةَ جِيءَ بِهَا إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَتْ رَجُلًا عَلَى نَعْلَيْنِ، فَقَالَ لَهَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: أَرَضِيتِ مِنْ نَفْسِكِ وَمَالِكِ بِنَعْلَيْنِ ؟ "، قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ - فَأَجَازَهُ

✧ A woman from Fazara was brought to the Prophet ﷺ, and she had married a man for [a dower of] two sandals. The Messenger of God ﷺ said to her: 'Are you content with yourself and your property for two sandals?' She said: 'Yes.' So he approved it.
