حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ
ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا يُوسُفُ الْقَاضِي ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ قَالُوا ثنا سُفْيَانُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ عَمْرَو بْنَ الشَّرِيدِ قَالَ أَخَذَ الْمِسْوَرُ بْنُ مَخْرَمَةَ بِيَدِي فَقَالَ انْطَلِقْ بِنَا إِلَى سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ فَخَرَجْتُ مَعَهُ وَإِنَّ يَدَهُ لَعَلَى أَحَدِ مَنْكِبِيَّ فَجَاءَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ فَقَالَ لِلْمِسْوَرِ أَلَا تَأْمُرُ هَذَا يَعْنِي سَعْدًا يَشْرِي مِنِّي بَيْتَيَّ اللَّذَيْنِ فِي دَارِهِ؟ فَقَالَ سَعْدٌ لَا وَاللهِ أَزِيدُكُ عَلَى أَرْبَعِ مِئَةِ دِينَارٍ إِمَّا قَالَ مُقَطَّعَةً أَوْ قَالَ مُنَجَّمَةً فَقَالَ أَبُو رَافِعٍ وَاللهِ إِنْ كُنْتُ لَأَبِيعُهَا بِخَمْسِمِائَةِ دِينَارٍ نَقْدًا وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ مَا بِعْتُكَ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِلْحَمِيدِيِّ

✧ Al-Qa'nabi narrated to us; and Bishr b. Musa narrated to us: al-Humaydi narrated to us; and Yusuf al-Qadi narrated to us: Ibrahim b. Bashshar al-Ramadi narrated to us; they said: Sufyan narrated to us: Ibrahim b. Maysarah narrated to us; he said: I heard 'Amr b. al-Sharid say: Al-Miswar b. Makhramah took me by the hand and said, 'Come with us to Sa'd b. Abi Waqqas.' So I went out with him, his hand on one of my shoulders. Then Abu Rafi' came and said to al-Miswar, 'Will you not command this one' – meaning Sa'd – 'to buy from me my two houses that are in his dwelling?' Sa'd said, 'No, by God, I will not give you more than four hundred dinars,' either in installments or deferred. Abu Rafi' said, 'By God, I would sell them for five hundred dinars in cash, and were it not that I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say: "The neighbor has more right to his property that is adjacent," I would not sell to you.' The wording is that of al-Humaydi.
