حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنِ الثَّوْرِيِّ وَمَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
جَاءَ عَبْدُ اللهِ عِنْدَ الْفَجْرِ وَقَوْمٌ مُسْنِدُونَ ظُهُورَهُمْ إِلَى الْقِبْلَةِ فَقَالَ «تَأَخَّرُوا عَنِ الْقِبْلَةِ لَا تَحُولُوا بَيْنَ الْمَلَائِكَةِ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ فَإِنَّهَا صَلَاةُ الْمَلَائِكَةِ»

✧ Abdullah came at dawn and found a group of people with their backs facing the qibla. He said, "Delay your prayers to avoid standing between the angels and the qibla, for it is the prayer of the angels."
