حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا مَعْمَرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَامِرُ بْنُ مُدْرِكٍ ثنا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ثنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ «§مَنْ سَرَّهُ

أَنْ يَلْقَى اللهَ غَدًا مُسْلِمًا فَلْيُحَافِظْ عَلَى هَؤُلَاءِ الصَّلَوَاتِ الْمَكْتُوبَاتِ حَيْثُ يُنَادَى بِهِنَّ فَإِنَّ اللهَ ﷻ شَرَعَ لِنَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ سُنَنَ الْهُدَى وَهُنَّ مِنْ سُنَنِ الْهُدَى وَلَوْ صَلَّيْتُمْ فِي بُيُوتِكُمْ كَمَا يُصَلِّي هَذَا الْمُتَخَلِّفُ عَنْهَا لَتَرَكْتُمْ سُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ وَلَوْ تَرَكْتُمْ سُنَّةَ نَبِيِّكُمْ ﷺ لَضَلَلْتُمْ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُنَا وَمَا يَتَخَلَّفُ عَنْهَا إِلَّا مُنَافِقٌ مَعْلُومٌ نِفَاقُهُ وَلَقَدْ رَأَيْتُ الرَّجُلَ مِنَّا يُهَادَى بَيْنَ الرَّجُلَيْنِ حَتَّى يُقَامَ فِي الصَّفِّ وَمَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ مُسْلِمٍ يَتَوَضَّأُ فِي بَيْتِهِ فَيُحْسِنُ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ يَعْمِدُ إِلَى مَسْجِدٍ فَيَأْتِيهِ فَيَرْفَعُ قَدَمًا وَيَضَعُ قَدَمًا إِلَّا كَتَبَ اللهُ لَهُ بِهَا عَشْرَ حَسَنَاتٍ وَمَحَا عَنْهُ عَشْرَ سَيِّئَاتٍ وَرَفَعَ لَهُ بِهَا عَشْرَ دَرَجَاتٍ حَتَّى إِنْ كُنَّا لَنُقَارِبُ بَيْنَ الْخُطَا»

✧ Whoever wants to meet Allah tomorrow as a Muslim, let him guard these prescribed prayers where the call is given for them, for Allah ﷻ has prescribed for your Prophet ﷺ the ways of guidance, and they are among the ways of guidance. If you were to pray in your homes as this one who stays away from it prays, you would abandon the Sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ, and if you abandoned the Sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ, you would go astray. I saw us when none stayed away from it except a hypocrite whose hypocrisy was known. I saw a man among us being supported between two men until he was stood in the row. No Muslim servant performs ablution in his house, perfects the ablution, then heads to a mosque, comes to it, lifting a foot and placing a foot, except that Allah records for him by it ten good deeds, erases from him ten bad deeds, and raises for him by it ten degrees, until we used to take short steps.
