حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ ثنا الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ زُرْعَةَ عَنْ بِلَادِ بْنِ عِصْمَةَ قَالَ

بَيْنَمَا أَنَا مَعَ عَبْدِ اللهِ إِذْ رَأَيْتُ جَمَاعَةً فَهَبَّتْ ثُمَّ رَجَعَتْ فَقَالَ «إِيَّاكَ وَكَبَّةَ السُّوقِ فَإِنَّهَا كَبَّةُ الشَّيْطَانِ»

✧ While I was with Abd Allah, I saw a crowd; it stirred and then settled. He said: “Beware of the clamor of the market, for it is the clamor of Satan.”
