حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ ثنا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُسَافِرٍ التِّنِّيسِيُّ ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي فُدَيْكٍ عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حَرْمَلَةَ مَوْلَى حُوَيْطِبٍ أَنَّ سَارَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ أَبَاهَا أَخْبَرَهَا قَالَ

بَيْنَمَا هُوَ يَمْشِي وَرَاءَ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا هَمَزَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ أَوْ بَعْضُهُمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَعَبْدُ اللهِ فِي الْمَوَازِينِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أَثْقَلُ مِنْ أُحُدٍ» كَأَنَّهُمْ عَجِبُوا مِنْ خِفَّتِهِ

✧ While he was walking behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, his companions or some of them nudged him. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, “By the One in whose hand is my soul, ʿAbd Allah in the Scales on the Day of Resurrection is heavier than Uhud,” as if they were amazed at his lightness.
