حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فَضَاءٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ ثنا وَهْبٌ ثنا لَيْثٌ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ سَابِطٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ

رَأَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قَوْمًا تَوَضَّئُوا عَلَى أَعْقَابِ أَحَدِهِمْ مِثْلُ مَوْضِعِ الدِّرْهَمِ لَمْ يُصِبْهُ الْمَاءُ قَالَ «وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw some people performing ablution, and on the heel of one of them there was a spot the size of a dirham that the water did not reach. He said: “Woe to the heels from the Fire.”
