حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدِّمَشْقِيُّ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَانُ بْنُ رِفَاعَةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ بَعَّدَ اللهُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ جَهَنَّمَ مَسِيرَةَ مِائَةِ عَامٍ»

✧ From the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, he said: "Whoever fasts a day in the path of Allah, Allah will distance him from Hellfire by a distance of one hundred years' journey."
