حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ هَارُونَ ثنا الْهَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ح وحَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْفِرْيَابِيُّ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ قَالَا ثنا الْجَرَّاحُ بْنُ مَلِيحٍ الْبَهْرَانِيُّ ثنا حَاتِمُ بْنُ حُرَيْثٍ الطَّائِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْعَارِيَةُ مُؤَدَّاةٌ وَالْمَنِيحَةُ مَرْدُودَةٌ وَمَنْ وَجَدَ لِقْحَةً مُصَرَّاةً فَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ صِرَارُهَا حَتَّى يَرُدَّهَا»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "The borrowed item is to be returned, the gift is to be given back, and whoever finds a she-camel whose udder has been tied up, it is not lawful for him to untie it until he returns it."
