حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ بْنُ أَبِي سُلَيْمَانَ الصُّورِيُّ حَدَّثَنِي عَطِيَّةُ بْنُ بَقِيَّةَ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ يَقُولُ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «أَنَا سَابِقُ الْعَرَبِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَصُهَيْبٌ سَابِقُ الرُّومِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَبِلَالٌ سَابِقُ الْحَبَشَةِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ وَسَلْمَانٌ سَابِقُ الْفُرْسِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ»

Translation

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "I am the first of the Arabs to enter Paradise, Suhayb is the first of the Romans to enter Paradise, Bilal is the first of the Abyssinians to enter Paradise, and Salman is the first of the Persians to enter Paradise."
