حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمُقْرِئُ عَنْ حَيْوَةَ بْنِ شُرَيْحٍ حَدَّثَنِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ شَدَّادٍ الصَّنْعَانِيُّ أَنَّ أَبَا صَالِحٍ سَعِيدَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْغِفَارِيَّ أَخْبَرَهُ أَنَّ سُلَيْمَ بْنَ عَتَرٍ التُّجِيبِيَّ كَانَ يَقُصُّ عَلَى النَّاسِ وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ فَقَالَ

لَهُ صِلَةُ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْغِفَارِيُّ وَهُوَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ «وَاللهِ مَا تَرَكْنَا عَهْدَ نَبِيِّنَا وَلَا قَطَعْنَا أَرْحَامَنَا حَتَّى قُمْتَ أَنْتَ وَأَصْحَابُكَ بَيْنَ أَظْهُرِنَا»

✧ He had a connection, Sila b. al-Harith al-Ghifari, and he is one of the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ: "By Allah, we did not abandon the covenant of our Prophet, nor did we sever our ties of kinship until you and your companions stood among us."
