حَدَّثَنَا ورْدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ لَبِيدٍ الْبَيْرُوتِيُّ ثنا صَفْوَانُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ثنا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ أَخْبَرَنِي شَيْبَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ حَدَّثَنِي زِرُّ بْنُ حُبَيْشٍ قَالَ حَكَّ فِي صَدْرِي الْمَسْحُ عَلَى الْخُفَّيْنِ بَعْدَ الْبَوْلِ وَالْغَائِطِ فَأَتَيْتُ صَفْوَانَ بْنَ عَسَّالٍ الْمُرَادِيَّ فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لَهُ قُلْتُ أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَيْءٍ كُنْتَ

سَمِعْتَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ «كَانَ يَأْمُرُنَا إِذَا كُنَّا سَفَرًا أَوْ مُسَافِرِينَ أَنْ لَا نَخْلَعَ خِفَافَنَا ثَلَاثَ لَيَالٍ وَأَيَّامَهُنَّ إِلَّا مِنْ جَنَابَةٍ وَلَكِنْ بَوْلٍ أَوْ غَائِطٍ أَوْ نَوْمٍ»

✧ You heard from the Messenger of God ﷺ. He said: "He used to command us, when we were traveling or on a journey, not to remove our leather socks for three nights and their days, except from major impurity, but only from urination, defecation, or sleep."
