حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ يَعْقُوبِ بْنِ عَطَاءٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ الشَّرِيدِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «الْجَارُ أَحَقُّ بِسَقَبِهِ مَا كَانَ أَحْوَجَ إِلَيْهِ»

  5. Yaʿqūb b. ʿAṭāʾ
  6. ʿAmr b. al-Sharīd from his father

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'The neighbor has more right to what is adjacent to him, as long as he is in greater need of it.'
