حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ أَسَدٍ الْعَمِّيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ ثنا أَبُو مَعْدَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ كُلَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ

دَخَلْتُ الْمَسْجِدَ وَرَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ وَاضِعٌ يَدَهُ عَلَى فَخِذِهِ يُشِيرُ بِالسَّبَّابَةِ وَيَقُولُ «يَا مُقَلِّبَ الْقُلُوبِ ثَبِّتْ قَلْبِي عَلَى دِينِكَ»

Translation

  5. ʿĀṣim b. Kulayb from his father from his grandfather

✧ I entered the mosque while the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had placed his hand on his thigh, pointing with his index finger and saying: “O Turner of hearts, make my heart firm upon Your religion.”
