حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ السَّدُوسِيُّ ثنا أَبُو بِلَالٍ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ ثنا قَيْسُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ هِلَالِ بْنِ يَسَافٍ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْأَشْجَعِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ
لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا اسْتَنْشَقْتَ فَانْتَثِرْ وَإِذَا اسْتَجْمَرْتَ فَأَوْتِرْ»
