حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْجَارُودِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الرَّبَالِيُّ ثنا زِيَادٌ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ
عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «لَا يَمْنَعَنَّ نِدَاءُ بِلَالٍ أَحَدَكُمْ مِنْ سُحُورِهِ فَإِنَّمَا بِلَالٌ يُؤَذِّنُ لِيُرَجِّعَ قَائِمَكُمُ الَّذِي فِي الصَّلَاةِ وَيُنَبِّهَ نَائِمَكُمْ»

✧ From the Prophet ﷺ, he said: "Let not the call of Bilal prevent any of you from his pre-dawn meal, for Bilal only gives the call to prayer in order to return the one of you who is standing in prayer and to awaken the one of you who is asleep."
