حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا شَعْثَمُ بْنُ أَصِيلٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ زُهَيْرٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ أَخْزَمَ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ الْبُرْسَانِيُّ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ أَصْبَهَانَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسِ بْنِ الْحَدَثَانِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ «أَخْرِجُوا صَدَقَةَ الْفِطْرِ صَاعًا مِنْ طَعَامٍ» وَكَانَ طَعَامُنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ الْبُرَّ وَالتَّمْرَ وَالزَّبِيبَ هَذَا لَفْظُ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَخْزَمَ وَقَالَ شَعْثَمٌ «وَكَانَ طَعَامُنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ التَّمْرَ وَالزَّبِيبَ وَالْأَقِطَ»

✧ The Prophet ﷺ said: "Give Zakat al-Fitr as a sa' of food." Our food that day was wheat, dates, and raisins. This is the wording of Zayd b. Akhzam. Sha'tham said: "Our food that day was dates, raisins, and dried curd."
