حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْأَشْعَثِيُّ ثنا حَفْصُ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ الْأَحْوَلِ عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ ؓ قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ أُشَيْمِطٌ زَانٍ وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ وَرَجُلٌ جَعَلَ اللهَ بِضَاعَةً لَا يَشْتَرِي إِلَّا بِيَمِينِهِ وَلَا يَبِيعُ إِلَّا بِيَمِينِهِ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: "Three persons God will not look at on the Day of Resurrection: an old adulterer, a poor person who is arrogant, and a man who made God a commodity—he does not buy except by swearing by God, and he does not sell except by swearing by God."
