حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَوَارِيُّ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ الدَّقِيقِيُّ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ خَيْثَمَةَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «رَأَيْتُ كَأَنَّ رَحْمَةً وَقَعَتْ بَيْنَ بَنِي سَالِمٍ وَبَيْنَ بَنِي بَيَاضَةَ» فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَفَنَنْتَقِلُ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهَا؟ قَالَ «لَا وَلَكِنِ اقْبُرُوا فِيهَا» فَقَبَرُوا فِيهَا مَوْتَاهُمْ

✧ The Messenger of God ﷺ said: “I saw as if a mercy fell between Banū Sālim and Banū Bayāḍa.” They said: O Messenger of God ﷺ, should we move to its place? He said: “No, but bury in it.” So they buried their dead in it.
