حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ بَحْرٍ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَغْرَاءَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُثْمَانُ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ قَالَا ثنا حَجَّاجُ الصَّوَّافُ عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «مَنْ طَلَبَ عِنْدَ أَخِيهِ طَلِبَةً بِغَيْرِ بَيِّنَةٍ فَالْمَطْلُوبُ أَوْلَى بِالْيَمِينِ» وَاللَّفْظُ لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ بَحْرٍ
