حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ وَحَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ يَحْيَى السَّاجِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ثنا أَبُو الْعَوَّامِ عِمْرَانُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جُحَادَةَ عَنْ زِيَادِ بْنِ عِلَاقَةَ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ شَرِيكٍ قَالَ

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ فِي حَجَّةِ الْوَدَاعِ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ «أُمَّكَ وَأَبَاكَ وَأُخْتَكَ وَأَخَاكَ ثُمَّ أَدْنَاكَ» قَالَ فَجَاءَ قَوْمٌ فَقَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ قَتَلَنَا بَنُو يَرْبُوعٍ؟ فَقَالَ «لَا تَجْنِي نَفْسٌ عَلَى أُخْرَى» قَالَ ثُمَّ سَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ نَسِيَ أَنْ يَرْمِيَ الْجِمَارَ قَالَ «ارْمِ وَلَا حَرَجَ» ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ آخَرُ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ نَسِيتُ الطَّوَافَ فَقَالَ «طُفْ وَلَا حَرَجَ» ثُمَّ أَتَاهُ آخَرُ حَلَقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَذْبَحَ قَالَ «اذْبَحْ وَلَا حَرَجَ» قَالَ فَمَا سَأَلُوهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ عَنْ شَيْءٍ إِلَّا قَالَ «لَا حَرَجَ وَلَا حَرَجَ» ثُمَّ قَالَ أَذْهَبَ اللهُ ﷻ الْحَرَجَ إِلَّا رَجُلٌ اقْتَرَضَ مُسْلِمًا فَذَلِكَ الَّذِي حَرِجَ وَهَلَكَ وَقَالَ «مَا أَنْزَلَ اللهُ ﷻ دَاءً إِلَّا أَنْزَلَ لَهُ دَوَاءً إِلَّا الْهَرَمَ»

✧ I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ during the Farewell Hajj saying, "Your mother, your father, your sister, your brother, then your nearest." Then some people came and said, "O Messenger of Allah, Banu Yarbu' have killed some of us." He said, "No soul bears the sin of another." Then a man asked him about forgetting to throw the pebbles. He said, "Throw, and there is no sin." Then another man came and said, "O Messenger of Allah, I forgot the circumambulation." He said, "Circumambulate, and there is no sin." Then another came who had shaved before slaughtering. He said, "Slaughter, and there is no sin." He said: They did not ask him about anything that day but that he said, "No sin, no sin." Then he said, "Allah ﷻ has removed the sin except for a man who borrows from a Muslim; that is the one who has sinned and is ruined." And he said, "Allah ﷻ has not sent down any disease but that He has sent down for it a remedy, except old age."
