حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الرَّازِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ هَاشِمِ بْنِ مَرْزُوقٍ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي قَيْسٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ؓ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «إِذَا ظَهَرَ الزِّنَا وَالرِّبَا فِي قَرْيَةٍ فَقَدْ أَحَلُّوا بِأَنْفُسِهِمْ كِتَابَ اللهِ ﷻ»

✧ The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "When zina and riba appear in a town, they have made lawful for themselves the Book of Allah, Mighty and Majestic."
