حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ رِشْدِينَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ الْكَلَاعِيُّ ثنا زَيْنُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أُسَامَةَ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ؓ لَمَّا

سَمِعَ حَدِيثَ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ «نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ كَرْيِ الْأَرْضِ» قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ إِنَّمَا كُنَّا نُكْرِيهَا عَلَى رَبِيعِ السَّاقِي وبِبَعْضِ مَا يَخْرُجُ مِنْهَا مِنَ التِّبْنِ

✧ He heard the hadith of Rafi' b. Khadij: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade leasing land.” Ibn 'Umar said: “We used to lease it for the spring crop of the irrigated land and for some of what came out of it of straw.”
