حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ الصَّبَّاحِ الرَّقِّيُّ ثنا قَبِيصَةُ بْنُ عُقْبَةَ ثنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عِنْدَ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ أُسَيْدِ بْنِ ظُهَيْرٍ قَالَ جَاءَنَا رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ فَذَكَرَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ نَهَى عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَقَالَ «مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَاسْتَغْنَى عَنْهَا فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ»
