حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الدَّبَرِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ عَنْ قَيْسِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ قَالَتْ

قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ إِنَّ لَنَا طَرِيقًا خَبِيثَةً فِي الْمَطَرِ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَلَيْسَ دُونَهَا طَرِيقٌ طَيِّبَةٌ؟» قُلْتُ بَلَى قَالَ «فَذَلِكَ بِذَلِكَ»

✧ I said, "O Messenger of Allah, we have a path that is bad during rain." The Prophet ﷺ said, "Is there not besides it a good path?" I said, "Yes." He said, "Then that for that."
