حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ وَأَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ قَالَا

ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ صَفْوَانَ عَنْ أُسَيْدِ بْنِ أَبِي أُسَيْدٍ الْبَرَّادِ عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنَ الْمُبَايِعَاتِ قَالَتْ كَانَ فِيمَا أَخَذَ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ «لَا نَعْصِيَهُ فِي الْمَعْرُوفِ وَأَنْ لَا نَخْمِشَ وَجْهًا وَلَا نَنْشُرَ شِعْرًا وَلَا نَشُقَّ جَيْبًا وَلَا نَدْعُوَ وَيْلًا»

✧ Al-Qa'nabi narrated to us: Al-Hajjaj b. Safwan narrated to us from Usayd b. Abi Usayd al-Barrad, from a woman among those who gave the pledge. She said: Among what the Messenger of Allah ﷺ took upon us was: "That we not disobey him in what is right, that we not scratch a face, not let down hair, not tear a collar, and not call for woe."
