✧ The news of Umm Sulaim's ᴿᴬ reaction when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ visited and prayed in her house.

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ الْوَلِيدِ النَّرْسِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى ثنا الْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ التَّمِيمِيُّ الْوَاسِطِيُّ ثنا أَبُو عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ عَنْ أُمِّ سُلَيْمٍ قَالَتْ

كُنْتُ فِي بَعْضِ حُجَرِ نِسَاءِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ وَهُوَ عِنْدَهُ إِذْ جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَشَكَا إِلَيْهِ الْحَاجَةَ فَقَالَ «اصْبِرْ فَوَاللهِ مَا فِي آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ شَيْءٌ مُنْذُ سَبْعٍ وَلَا أُوَقِدَ تَحْتَ بُرْمَةٍ لَهُمْ مُنْذُ ثَلَاثٍ وَاللهِ لَوْ سَأَلْتُ اللهَ أَنْ يَجْعَلَ جِبَالَ تِهَامَةَ كُلَّهَا ذَهَبًا لَفَعَلَ»

✧ I was in one of the rooms of the wives of the Prophet ﷺ while he was there, when a man came to him and complained of need. He said, "Be patient, for by Allah, there has been nothing in the household of Muhammad for seven days, and no fire has been lit under a cooking pot of theirs for three days. By Allah, if I were to ask Allah to make all the mountains of Tihama gold, He would do it."
