حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِرْقٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصَفًّى ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ أُمِّ خَالِدٍ بِنْتِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَغُوثَ

أَنَّهَا دَخَلَتْ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «مَنْ هَذِهِ؟» فَقَالُوا أُمُّ خَالِدٍ بِنْتُ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَغُوثَ فَقَالَ «الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهُ الَّذِي يُخْرِجُ الْحَيَّ مِنَ الْمَيِّتِ يَعْنِي الْمُؤْمِنَ مِنَ الْكَافِرِ»

✧ She entered upon the Prophet ﷺ, and he said, "Who is this?" They said, "Umm Khalid bt. al-Aswad b. 'Abd Yaghuth." He said, "Praise be to Allah who brings forth the living from the dead," meaning the believer from the disbeliever.
