✧ Hind, the mother of Mu'awiyah, came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "O Messenger of Allah, Abu Sufyan is a stingy man, and he does not give me and my children enough except what I take from him without his knowledge. Is there any blame on me in that?" The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Take what suffices you and your children in a reasonable manner."
