حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ ثنا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ عَنْ حَسَنِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ قَابُوسِ بْنِ الْمُخَارِقِ قَالَ قَالَتْ

أُمُّ الْفَضْلِ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ رَأَيْتُ كَأَنَّ فِي بَيْتِي مِنْ أَعْضَائِكَ فَقَالَ خَيْرًا تَلِدُ فَاطِمَةُ وَتُرْضِعِيهِ فَوَلَدَتْ حَسَنًا أَوْ حُسَيْنًا فَأَرْضَعْتُهُ فَجِئْتُ بِهِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ ﷺ يَوْمًا فَوَضَعْتُهُ فِي حِجْرِهِ فَبَالَ فَضَرَبْتُ كَتِفَهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ «أَوْجَعْتُ ابْنِي رَحِمَكِ اللهُ»

✧ Umm al-Fadl said, “O Messenger of Allah, I saw as if part of your body was in my house.” He said, “Good. Fatimah will give birth and you will nurse him.” Then she gave birth to Hasan or Husayn, and she nursed him. Then she brought him to the Prophet ﷺ one day and placed him in his lap, and he urinated, so she struck his shoulder. The Prophet ﷺ said, “You have hurt my son, may Allah have mercy on you.””
