حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُعَاذٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ هِنْدَ بِنْتَ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ تُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَمَّتِهَا قَالَتْ

«جَاءَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَائِدًا لِأَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ فَقَدَّمْنَا إِلَيْهِ ذِرَاعَ شَاةٍ فَأَكَلَ وَحَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَتَمَضْمَضَ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ»

✧ "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to visit Abu Sa'id al-Khudri, so we brought him a foreleg of a sheep, and he ate. When the prayer time came, he rinsed his mouth, then stood and prayed without performing ablution."
