حَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ الدِّمْيَاطِيُّ ثنا شُعَيْبُ بْنُ يَحْيَى ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا مُطَّلِبُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ يُونُسَ ثنا اللَّيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ نَوْفَلٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ لِأَجِدَ أَحَدًا يُخْبِرُنِي

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ سَبَّحَ فِي سَفَرٍ فَلَمْ أَجِدُ أَحَدًا يُخْبِرُنِي حَتَّى أَخْبَرَتْنِي أُمُّ هَانِئٍ بِنْتُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ أَنَّهُ قَامَ يَوْمَ الْفَتْحِ فَأَمَرَ بِسِتْرٍ فَسُتِرَ عَلَيْهِ فَأَغْتَسِلَ ثُمَّ سَبَّحَ ثَمَانِ رَكَعَاتٍ

✧ that the Messenger of God ﷺ prayed voluntary prayer on a journey. I found no one to inform me until Umm Haniʾ bt. Abi Talib informed me that he stood on the day of the conquest, ordered a screen, and it was set up for him. He performed ghusl, then prayed eight rakʿahs of voluntary prayer.
