حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْوَكِيعِيُّ ثنا أَبِي ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ آدَمَ عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ زُرَيْقٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنْ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتِ قَيْسٍ قَالَتْ

طَلَّقَنِي زَوْجِي ثَلَاثًا فَأَرَدْتُ النَّفَقَةَ فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ فَقَالَ «انْتَقِلِي إِلَى بَيْتِ ابْنِ أُمِّ مَكْتُومٍ ابْنِ عَمِّكِ فَاعْتَدِّي عِنْدَهُ»

✧ My husband divorced me thrice, and I wanted maintenance. I went to the Prophet ﷺ, and he said, 'Move to the house of Ibn Umm Maktum, your paternal cousin, and observe your waiting period with him.'
