حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ حَدَّثَنِي مُصْعَبُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَغَيْرُهُ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ أَنَّ عَاتِكَةَ بِنْتَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ قَالَتْ

فِي صِدْقِ رُؤْيَاها وَتَكْذِيبِ قُرَيْشٍ لَهَا حِينَ أَوْقَعَ بِهِمْ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بِبَدْرٍ «

Translation

Chain of narrators
  1. ʿAlī b. ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz
  2. al-Zubayr b. Bakkār
  3. Muṣʿab b. ʿAbdullāh And Ghayruh from Quraysh
  4. ʿĀtikah b. ʿAbd al-Muṭṭalib

✧ Concerning the truth of her vision and Quraysh's denial of it, when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ inflicted defeat on them at Badr.
