حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ الْمُعَافَى بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا أَبِي ثنا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنْ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي عُبَيْدٍ

عَنِ الدَّارِيَّةِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الدَّارِ كَانَتْ فِي حِجْرِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَلْيَمُتْ فَمَنْ مَاتَ فِيهَا كُنْتُ لَهُ شَهِيدًا أَوْ شَفِيعًا يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ»

✧ From al-Dariyyah, a woman from Banu 'Abd al-Dar who was in the care of the Prophet ﷺ, she said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever is able to die in Madinah, let him die there, for whoever dies in it, I will be a witness or an intercessor for him on the Day of Resurrection."
